SHIPPING RATES

We use the reliable services of Canada Post to ship our orders to Canada, the USA and around the world.

Most Canadian orders ship for FREE. Canadian orders of $50 USD or more, ship for free via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This is a trackable service. Orders of less than $50 USD will have a small shipping fee added at checkout.

Orders ship to the continental USA via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA. The actual cost will be dependent upon the size of the order and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders ship to international destinations via Canada Post Tracked Packet International. The actual cost will be dependent upon the size of the order and will be calculated at checkout. Not all countries support this service. Please contact us for the option to ship via Canada Post Small Packet Air, a non trackable but reliable service.

The cost of shipping a return, an exchange or a replacement product is the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: Many countries impose additional handling fees, taxes and duties on imported goods. For example, customers in the UK have informed us that they have had to pay an additional 15 pounds. These charges are imposed by the recipient's country and are outside of our control.

In most cases your parcel is shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
