Returns & Exchanges Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, all sales of JellyPantz underwear and gel pads are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.
We encourage you to consult our Size Guide or reach out to us with any fit questions prior to purchase to ensure the perfect match.
All orders have been carefully and individually inspected to ensure your purchase is free of manufacture defect, however, mistakes happen. Should you find that your order is defective, we will happily exchange it for the same product item, following inspection of the returned product.
USA Returns shipped via courier services will be subject to brokerage and handling fees of $25 USD. To avoid these fees, please return using the United States Postal Service.
