In most cases your parcel is shipped on the day the order is placed.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated (for any destination in the world), at the time you checkout.
Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of your order, delivery destination, and speed of delivery that you select.

We offer 4 levels of delivery to the USA. The levels available upon checkout are: Canada Post Small Packet Surface, Canada Post Small Packet Air, Canada Post Expedited Business USA and Canada Post Xpresspost USA. A fifth option, 'Zone Rate' is offered and should be considered as it may be the most economical option for our customer.
Canada Post Expedited Business USA and Canada Post Xpresspost USA offer automatic insurance to a maximum of C$100, and the convenience of online and telephone tracking.
Canada Post Expedited Business USA offers delivery in as little as 4 business days, with a side note that the delivery period may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. It does not offer a guaranteed delivery time.
Canada Post Xpresspost USA offers a quicker service and guaranteed delivery time.

Both Canada Post Xpresspost and Canada Post Priority Worldwide INTL offer automatic insurance of C$100 and the ability to track your shipment online.
Canada Post Xpresspost International offers a guaranteed delivery in as little as 4 days, with the added side note that this delivery time is dependent upon the destination.
Canada Post Priority Worldwide INTL offers a guaranteed 2 to 3 day delivery time.
